🌍 Welcoming participants of all nationalities and backgrounds.
👥 Participants aged between 16 and 40 are encouraged to apply.
📚 No IELTS/TOEFL is required for the summit.
🎓 Students, volunteers, recent graduates, as well as young and experienced professionals, are encouraged to apply.
📅 Participants must be available to attend the summit from May 23 to 26, 2025.

Participants opting for this category will need to purchase the self-funded package, which includes 3 days of accommodation, meals during the event, an event toolkit, an invitation letter for visa assistance, chance to win the prestigious “Future Content Creator Champion” award, a participation certificate, and full access to the forum. They will enjoy the same privileges as fully funded and partially funded participants.
Frequently Asked Questions
A total of 80 slots are available: 5 Fully Funded, 60 Partially Funded, and 15 Self-Funded.
The application fee is $18.50 for all packages and this application fee is non-refundable.
To apply for the Fully Funded or Partially Funded scholarships, you must complete the general application form. Our selection panel will review all applications and make final scholarship decisions through a transparent selection process. To increase your chances of being selected, ensure that your application demonstrates strong dedication and motivation.
Flightone will provide an invitation letter for the summit, which can assist you in the visa application process. While we can guide you through the visa processing, we do not guarantee visa approval.
We highly recommend that all participants have a valid passport at the time of the summit (May 23-25, 2025). Without a valid passport, you will not be able to get the visa for the event.

Selection will be conducted fairly and solely based on the skills, experience, passion, and motivation expressed in your application essays.
